::Happy New Year!::

Xmas has been an interesting time for me this year, Seeing and spending time with both the Spencer and Bamford Clan is always a really happy time for me, I really do enjoy spending time with my family but usually ends up with a few shandy's and mince pies.

That been said, I have had some quality training over xmas period. Some really good sparring session with Fulinkazan lads, Brendan put through a horrible work out at south Leeds Stadium and did some great work with Richard Cadden from www.starmindcoaching.co.uk
