Extra Training

Mon – BJJ/Grappling Sparring – 16:30 to 17:30
Mon – MMA Class – 17:30 to 19:00
Tue – MMA Sparring – 12:00 to 13:00
Wed – MMA Sparring – 16:30 to 17:30
Wed – MMA Class – 17:30 to 19:00
Wed – MMA Class – 20:00 to 21:15 @ pfit
Thu – MMA Sparring – 12:00 to 13:00
Thu – MMA Sparring – 18:00 to 19:00 (there will be a small charge this week)
Fri – MMA Sparring – 20:00 to 21:00 @ Caged

Boxing Gloves still on sale 3 left and Shin pads for sale this Thursday.
