MMA Sparring - Tuesday 18:30 - 19:45 @ Caged Steel (Jan 08 only)

In Feb we have Wayne Murry starting his Thai Boxing class, but through Jan I will be running a MMA Sparring class on Tuesdays @ Caged steel 18:30 to 19:45.

The class will be the same format as the Friday MMA session not much tech but lots of sparring.
