Strike and submit 5 ….. fight is now off

Got word on Monday Afternoon that my opponent Dave Metcalf has pulled out of our fight, I am Gutted that I will not be fighting, but Dave has suffered some damaged from his last fight to his eye and the doctor has advised him not to fight.

Well every cloud and all that … next fight is the very tough and strong Ross Pearson for the European lightweight Title. Keep an eye on the forums for information on extra training.

Thai Boxing at CSFC

I went a long to the new Thai boxing class at Caged Steel Fight Centre last night and didn’t regret a minute of it. Wayne Murray is the Thai Boxing instructor and delivered a cracking class, I can’t wait until next week.

In Feb we have Wayne Murry starting his Thai Boxing class, but through Jan I will be running a MMA Sparring class on Tuesdays @ Caged steel 18:30 to 19:45.

The class will be the same format as the Friday MMA session not much tech but lots of sparring.
