What Next?

After having a couple of days off after the Ollie Ellis fight I am now stuck with a choice of what to do next.... I am not going to be fighting on the next couple of events (Cage Warriors and Ulimate Force) to give me self time to think where do I go from here.

This will free me up to help coach people from Fulinkazan and any other body who would like me to help them.

thanks for all the support people have shown me over the last couple of months, this is not the end, just need time to re-group.
