Extra Team Training

There are a bunch of fights coming up again, so it is time to pull these fingers out and get some work done. The format will be along the lines of:-

... Meet 9:15
... Run 9:30
... Conditioning 10:15
... Tech 10:30
... Sparring 11:00
... Finish 12:00

Apr 30th - @ P-fit
May 6 th - @ P-fit
May 14th - @ P-fit
May 21th - @ P-fit

I am also playing with the idea of running or the hell session before the friday session.

Team Meal - Saturday 24th or Sunday 25th June

Hi Guys, This was mentioned last month and I am going to try and get some thing booked for the 24th or 25th of June. I think most people wanted to go to Frankie and Bennys but which day would you prefer?

We can have the meal, then maybe go out bowling and then out for drinks. Freinds, girl friends/wifes and family are welcome. This gives the team a great chance to get more people involved in the Team and have a good laugh.

There is also going to be a little presentation, raffle and review of our teams 2 years of MMA.

Next Fight....

I will be fighting on the upcoming Cage Warriors show .... UK Vs Germany on the 27th May at the Sky Dome in Coventry.

I will be fighting Franco De Leonardis, if any one has any footage of him I would really appreciate it.

Picket beats Abe by Dec

After a 3 round war Brad pickett beat Abe by Judges Dec. It was a great fight and Abe did the AACC Team proud!!!

We are Proud to be AACC-UK and I am sure Abe will train harder and be back very soon.

Big Thanks!!!

I just wanted to put a post up to give every one a shout out who has help me train for my fight against Ollie Ellis.

Thanks to all the guys at Team Fulinkazan, Kings, P-Fit, Fighting Chance, The Cartel, Combat Base and the rest.

I got a call from Paul Murpy last night and he told me that Ollie has pulled out agian because of his neck injury.

If any one see's Ollie, please tell him I hope he is ok. I am gutted I will not get chance fight Ollie, the last 6 weeks have been hard, I just wanted every one to know I am thank full to every one who came over and trained with me........ sorry about the killer runs and sprints on a sunday morning Spenna
